• Store contact information, hours of operation, store location and other valuable information are listed under the menu items along the top navigation.
• To browse the store catalog, select a category from the left or select a category using the "Category Search" within the search bar above. If there is more than one page of items, page numbers will be displayed at the top and bottom.
• To search our store catalog, just type in a keyword in the "Item Search" text box within the search bar above. For example, if you want to look for sweatshirts, type the word "sweatshirt" in the box and click "Go!" or hit Enter on your keyboard.
• To modify your account information or view your order history, click the "Your Account" menu item along the top navigation.

Sales Tax

According to the Tax Freedom Act of 1998, local sales tax has to be assessed to your on-line purchase if the T.I.S. Group owns property in your state. If you have specific questions about the sales tax applied to your order, please call us.

Shipping

All in-stock merchandise is shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping and handling charges will be determined during the checkout process. For Regular Ground, please allow seven to ten business days for delivery. For 2nd Day, please allow 2-3 business days. For Next Day, please allow 1 business day. Orders received after noon on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the next business day. This DOES affect any order requiring Next Day or 2nd Day shipping.

We are unable to accept international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Out-of-Stock and Backorders

Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items being out-of-stock. Some quantities are limited. Order early for Christmas to ensure availability and on-time delivery. If backorders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available. You may inquire about or cancel a backordered item at any time by calling customer service toll-free at 1-888-723-6404.

Returns and Exchanges

Please enclose our packing slip and a note indicating what services you require. Wrap securely and prepay. Sorry we cannot C.O.D. packages. Send returns to:

Shrinkage

Garments made of 100% cotton will shrink about 2%, we recommend ordering the next size larger. Cotton blended with synthetic fibers (acrylic, polyester, etc.) will shrink less than all cotton. 50/50 blend means: 50% cotton, 50% polyester. For best results, follow the manufacturer's washing instructions. Never iron directly over a design screen printed on a garment.
